The Cubs come off of a double header thrashing of the Brewers looking to continue to bring the dongs. Jon Lester is fully prepared to give the bullpen a rest and throw a complete game 3 hitter. Oh, and we broke 1/2 of the Brewers team. My advice to them, stop trying.

Is it me or does the name Jimmy Nelson just sound like someone you want to punch in the face?

Sofa, could Donn Roach look any more like Arrieta in your sig? I spent a long time trying to figure out why Jake was wearing #62.

I thought the same thing. "When the horsefeathers did Jake change his number?"

OH look Joe Smith is magically hurt right as we need to make a roster move. Just like Clayton Richard was hurt before or Cahill, etc

Its probably like Brandon Dassey's interrogation.

Theo: Now Joe, we know something is wrong with you but you have to help us. You mentioned something about some tightness.

JS: Umm yeah but that was like a month ago it's all bett-

Theo: JOE you have to work with me here. We KNOW something is bothering you and you just need to tell us what.

JS: Well I have a headache, but I just took some tylenol so I should be good to go

Theo: No Joe, that's not what were talking about. We're talking about something in like this area of the body. Do you know if there is anything bothering you there?

JS: ........ummm...

Theo: Maybe something in...your hamstring?

JS: ...........ummm...well I think my hamstring is a little tight but i can pit-

Theo: Joe, you are going on the 15 day DL with left hamstring tightness. Please see the trainers on your way out

JS: ...but can I pitch in the game tonight?

Theo: No, I'm sorry Joe you aren't going to be pitching for a long time

Heyward gets 2 hits tonight. Real hits, not swinging bunts
