I don't have a lot of confidence in Miller being as good as he was last year or staying healthy. i don't love trading bennett. TE worries me this year.

I think drafting a potential franchise left tackle in your second draft as GM would be very enticing. Angelo tried it in his first draft with Colombo and Emery waited until his second to take Kyle Long, who some speculated was meant to shift to LT eventually. I can't put a rating on this guy but I'd be pretty happy about it in theory.

Not sure I love Stanley, but I can certainly get behind the idea, and it really depends on who else is there. Odds are an equally enticing front 7 D guy is available, and it's basically a coin flip of which evaluation is more likely to be right.

it's just been so freaking long since they had a stable and good offensive line. Bushrod worked for like a season and a half, but the line as a whole still kinda stunk. The Fred Miller Jon Tait years were good for some stability, but it didn't last since both guys were signed as older veterans.

 

If they really do plan on finding a new QB in the next year or two, it would be nice to have a solid line already in place so the kid isn't destroyed before he has a chance to develop.

So That's like late 4th / early 5th type value for Bennett. All things considered thats not awful once everyone knew he was on the block. And swapping picks to upgrade makes more sense at this point than adding more picks.
