Why wait til spring? Why does it matter? Just because it isn't uppermost on your mind doesn't mean that others aren't interested in wrapping things up.

are you being dense on purpose? the point is obvious. as i already mentioned above, we haven't confirmed that all managers are returning yet (why it matters). so it would make sense to do nothing for the time being. there's no urgency, since the season hasn't even ended. I didn't say we had to wait until spring; i suggested we wait for the season to end, then confirm we have a full boat of managers before we start making trade proposals. as was the case last year, i'm sure within seconds of getting the ok to make trade proposals, you'll have a trade or two already done.
