He sounds like Pat if Pat recently had a stroke. And while Pat is still good, he's definitely lost a bit the last few years.

You have to throw to first if you start a pickoff to first from the rubber. If you don't want to throw, you need to clearly step off first. Latos turned to throw to first, saw no one was there, and tried to basically finish a hop move(that would've been a balk still) to try and muddy the waters.

OK its been like 3/4 of the season and I'm still not comfortable with the way that Fowler chooses to catch fly balls.

They're right. And I've had to listen to a lot of Vin living in LA. He's overrated.

Cubs should have more than 2 runs. Not that they've blown a ton of chances, just that Mat Latos was pitching, and he kinda sucks.
