I know he hasn't been nearly as bad to this point but this reminds me of when we traded for Trachsel in 2007 to be the 5th starter down the stretch and he just got lit up to the point where he was demoted to the pen by the end of the year

that was such a classic hendry trade. it's like they only looked at his ERA and didn't happen to notice that he had a WHIP pushing 1.6, was walking 4.4 batters per 9 innings and striking out 2.9 batters per 9 innings.
