Edit: even swap Coghlan and Montero because of Miguel's ability to draw walks.

 

No way is it ideal to not have one of Rizzo or Bryant batting second.

Meh, I guess it's not a huge deal, but I don't like Soler in the cleanup spot either; he has a K rate approaching 42% with RISP. When pitchers are in a spot where they need a K, they tend to get it when facing Soler. I'd rather see Rizzo moved up to 2, with Bryant 3, and Montero 4. But w/e, not much difference between cleanup and the 5 spot.

I like this lineup as well. Really hope we can take 2 from or even sweep Miami. Gonna get tough right away again...four with Washington and then LA/STL. What a brutal 30 days of a schedule. We gotta just get through this around 500 and make a run after the break.

 

I think this team has shown it can go about .500 against the good teams, we really need to win as many series against the not so good teams as possible.

Baez and Alcantara sure would look good as part of the 25-man roster. Maddon just has his hands tied so badly - he has a four man bench which includes Ross, and two failed starters who should basically only pitch in blowouts in the pen. If you swapped them out with a real reliever, you could easily carry 12 pitchers.

 

If the Cubs are serious about contending this season, they really need to stop this silliness with the roster.

More horrifying is what appears to be ketchup oozing out of the pies on the crust. I don't know about Australia, but when I lived in SE Asia I was horrified by how much people seemed to love ketchup with/on their pizza.
