Has Rademacher gained arm strength, is his mention a comment on the lack of arm strength left, or have I only seen him (in the past) on bad days?

I'm guessing it's a combo of what's left in the farm ans you seeing him on a bad day. He could throw a mid-90s FB in junior college and carried that over to the outfield. His arm is generally considered one of his best qualities. It's not as good as Soler or Lake's but they weren't included in this list since players on the 40 man didn't count.

When I saw him in low A, nothing stood out to me, compared to the rest of his fellow low A corner outfielders (Chen, Golden, Encarnacion, Zapata). It's a small sample, for sure, hence why I questioned myself.

I see thanks! I was hoping we had a OBP machine speedster, i really like Billy Hamiltons / Dee Gordons game and was hoping we could see a guy like that come through the system and eventually end up on the team at some point

1) when did Hamilton become an obp speedster?

2) why not just ask that question?

I bet the Marlins and Reds are also looking for OBP machine speedsters: Dee Gordon has a career.326 OBP and Billy Hamilton has a career .290 OBP.
