03' Cubs + Maddon? What if..

Don't get me wrong, I love how our team has performed in this young season, each game is fun to watch when they are down you dont turn off the TV or webcast cuz they CAN and will fight to come back... but...

 

Just was thinking if Maddon was the cubs manager in '03 would our amazing pitching back then have had uber careers?

 

Would the batting order have gave us more runs?
