basically, teams are way too conservative trying to score on sac flies with one out. your likelihood of scoring with two outs and a man on third just isn't that high (even with rizzo on deck) compared to your odds of scoring from third on a fly ball, even a short fly ball with a slow guy on third. with fowler on third and one out, he should basically always go as long as an outfielder catches it.
