I'll go ahead and make the pick for Raisin and move this along.

While it's really tempting to go DGB here and potentially get an awesome value, the Pats really need to replace the departed Wilfork.

With that in mind, they select Eddie Goldman, DT, Florida State

Moving along to round 2 so long as there's interest.

This is a tough call for the Titans. Humphries would have been a good pick, but he's gone. Dorial Green-Beckham is tempting, but an awful big risk as well. There are other interesting WRs, but I feel like we can get similar talent later. Ultimately, I think need wins out and the Titans go for the best tackle left on the board so that Byron Stingily doesn't have to start.

Titans select Cedric Ogbuehi, OT, Texas A&M

Wait that's a huge reach right?

Not really. CBS/NFL Draft Scout has Dorsett ranked 37th overall (I believe), and this is the 31st pick.

Is he shooting up board late? Would have thought he was a Rd3 guy.

Sorry, didn't know it was my pick.

Ah, sorry. Somebody updated it after the previous pick and I figured they PMd you.

And lots of talk of him climbing right now too. Then again he looks like a perfect future Raider.

Go ahead and make my pick for me. On vacation and don't want to take the time to research

How about one of the top remaining OTs on the board for Tampa (one of their biggest needs)? Either Jake Fisher of Oregon (who I think is a first rounder) or Cedric Ogbuehi of Texas A&M (who apparently might not make it out of the first round despite his injury).

100% Fisher. Agree fully, 1st round talent.

I took Ogbuehi for the Titans, so Fisher it is.

Looking defensive back here. What are the best available options?

PJ Williams (Fla St)

Quinten Rollins (Miami OH)

Byron Jones (UConn)

Are probably the best guys available here.

Jones is the best prospect and the best athlete of the bunch.

Sold.

Raiders select Byron Jones, DB, UConn.

Not sure if he fits Gus Bradley's defense, but Jacksonville has a need here and this guy is the best player at the position. Plenty of mocks have him as a potential first round guy and this is just too early for a RB, even if you're best RB is either Gerhart or Denard Robinson.

Jacksonville selects Shaq Thompson, LB, Washington

So lots of nice ILB prospects to choose from: McKinney, Kendricks, Perryman. Could go DT with Davis or Phillips... Who else looks good for the Bears here?

what happened with this guy? he was mocked early teens forever and now he's a 2nd rounder

I'd go Davis/Philips. Preferably Davis. ILB has some young bodies and hopefully at least 1 of Foster, Jones, Bostic will step up. No hope for McClellin.

Bears select CB Ronald Darby.

While I didn't have the BPA rankings in front of me in this scenario, I feel like the corners are going to fly off the draft board in the late first early second round. It's a solid class of prospects and I like Darby's flexibility in covering both off man and press man defense.

I've seen him recently mocked in the first still, but not often. My only guess is his size, but he's a 4-3 OLB with speed and, in those cases, size is usually forgiven. No character issues either (in fact, isn't he the exact opposite of a character concern?).

So basically, I don't know why he's dropping.
