How many home runs did die hard hit that one year?

Did Dubois have a crazy HR spring once?

I'm just trying to calm myself down over here

Bryant's OPS through 25 AB: 2.072

I think you nicely ask Bryant what position he wants to play and then plan around that.

They should retroactively give him credit for 200 games played already so as to not offend.

Awesome.

Not all good news though, Kyle. Addison only has a .955 OPS thru 19 ABs. Can't win em all.

@pgammo: Two bombs by Kris Bryant, one by Addison Russell...what a 7 year run it will be for the Cubs

7? Please.

Meh. I'm not going to care about Spring Training stats unless they make prime Bonds blush.

A marginally acceptable 1.128 thru 28 AB. SO frustrating.

There's a decent chance that Addison just slots in at 2B if you want what is best for the team. I certainly hope not, but I don't think you move Bryant off 3B at this point unless his defense forces it to happen.

the only logical explanation is that Kris Bryant is a terminator sent from the future to destroy all baseballs.

I don't think his defense has to force it to happen. I just want them to put out the best defensive alignment possible with the players they have. I don't see any reason to try to make Bryant's individual value the highest it can be. And, again, I think he has the ability to be a plus OF and mitigate some of what is lost from being a negative 3B anyway.
