niko looks like a really good ball handler and can splash it. loved when he took it basically coast to coast and pulled up for the 3.

 

really liked that pass gasol made to rose to start the break. nothing spectacular but smooth.

I dont doubt this was the case yesterday, But holy [expletive] does he look bad tonight. He looks so bad its hard to believe he could potentially not be bad. I have hope though.

 

Gasol looks solid and I enjoy watching derrick play basketball.

I heard that McBuckets looks awfully slow on defense with other NBA caliber players. Should be interesting to see how and if Thibs can hide his defense.

Does Rose look timid at all or just rusty or acting just like every other player who doesn't play hard in the preseason?

From what I've seen, he's played very well, so far. He's not played heavy minutes, but that's not surprising.

I didn't catch the 2nd preseason game, but in the first preseason game he looked very active and aggressive...when he was on the floor. He's only played 28 minutes combined in the 2 preseason games...so a little odd that he is sitting out today.

only thing missing is the crazy good defensive big off the bench. asik would suffocate teams on his own.

Niko's defense isn't bad. Had a few steals. Picking off balls in the paint like Pippen.
