Javy still needs development time in the minors and it'd also be stupid to bring him up before the team control date passes.

He'll move there when he needs to, and barring an injury to Castro, that's whenever he gets to Chicago (or a little bit before that if they want him to get a few games at the new position first).

well I was still assuming Castro is going to be the opening day SS no matter what, so he would have to play somewhere else
