I havent been able cared enough to watch much, can anyone explain exactly why Shark sucks right now? Dude has a 5.85 ERA over his last 12 starts.

He'll, that's what I want to happen under any circumstance. If we can spend more, then great, but if we got Tanaka and nothing else, I'm happy.

Wouldn't we be better off re-signing Garza, and not having to over-bid and pay his posting team to just negotiate with a guy who "MIGHT" be a number 2 pitcher.

We could save the bid money and sign Choo.

As if Castro and Rizzo having meh to terrible years wasn't spirit crushing enough. So basically none of the three core guys the Cubs really need to pan out looked all that great (or much, much worse) this year...fantastic.
