So in the span of 3 minutes, the QB runs into the end zone and then while going down for a safety throws the ball up for grabs and its caught for a INT/TD. Then 3 of UMs 4 best offensive players go down with injuries in a span of 2 plays, with a horrible false start. Then Michigan goes 3 and out and completely shanks the punt. Now ND is 35 yards from tying. Ugh

For all the jokes about Kekua and Alabama, you're seeing tonight why Manti Te'o was a Heisman finalist. This D (and particularly the LB crew) is lost

Having putrid backups doesn't automatically warrant a player being a Heisman finalist. He wasn't even the best defensive player in college football last year.

Just because your backups are putrid doesn't mean you should be a Heisman finalist. He wasn't even the best defensive player in college football last year.

I didn't say he was the best. (But you'd better not mean Jarvis 'my team gave up 100 more rushing yards to Bama than Notre Dame did' Jones)

Heisman finalists should probably be the best players in the country.

I was referring to Jadeveon Clowney, of course.

Oh. My mistake. I'm a few beers in and wasn't thinking about him.

ok i guess that makes up for that [expletive] bounce on their first TD

Denard's horse [expletive] fumble/TD 2 yrs ago was the payback for that play

Halliday is as brutal as that POS Hawaii QB. Maybe USC's easy schedule will somehow save Lane Kiffin's job.

pretty much the only thing i enjoy about college football is the stream of twitter/facebook/etc butt hurt on saturdays from alumni and supporters of various teams. the notre dame-michigan game always makes for some laughs, and today was certainly no exception.

I like how these analysts say USC has to play conservative ball-control offense when they still have more talent on paper than basically every team on their schedule. Lane gets a lot of attention for putting his foot in his mouth and not nearly enough credit for being a dog [expletive] play caller.

holy [expletive] BYU is gonna put up 500+ yards rushing on Texas

And just missed doing it over 3 quarters

508 yards with 11:10 left in the 4th
