BYU has its own network?

It is on ESPN2, despite what your guide says

Thank you.

My guide said softball on ESPN2 and Texas-BYU on the BYU Network.

IIRC, BYU's network was one of the big obstacles to the rumors of them joining the Big 12.

Apparently the Coliseum crowd was chanting "Fire Kiffin" as USC left the field at half time.

USC mustered up 73 yards of offense in the first half. Against mighty WSU.

@KegsnEggs: If the USC offense and Texas defense had a baby, that baby would probably go pro in something other than sports.

He'll be fired. We can only hope they hire another turd and go through another decade like the '90s with mediocre coaching.

If there's a competent cell in Haden's brain (TBD) they'll hire someone that wasn't born on 3rd base thinking he'd hit a triple.

Gruden, Briles, Petersen, O'Brien uber alles.

I think Briles ends up in Austin next year and we'll see if Petersen ever leaves Boise. Del Rio has to be one of the top candidates at USC, no?

I'd be really lukewarm on Del Rio. Good defensive mind but we need someone to bring SC's offense into the 21st century. Kiffin thinks he's doing his talent such a great service by playing such a "pro style" offense. Except he doesn't realize the NFL has left his archaic schemes behind as well.

pretty much the only thing i enjoy about college football is the stream of twitter/facebook/etc butt hurt on saturdays from alumni and supporters of various teams. the notre dame-michigan game always makes for some laughs, and today was certainly no exception.

If only social media had existed in '66 when Notre Dame destroyed Michigan.

Bubba Smith never had a chance in his winged helmet that day

As bad as OU's offense looks overall (and who knows about the defense, they've looked good, but it's ULM and WVU with a walkon QB and no one of merit at the skill positions) they are piling up running yards. And Texas just allowed 500 to BYU. Cant wait for october.

I hope we lose, and lose bad. Need to make sure the house cleaning takes place. OU's greatest strength is Mack Brown.

How will this be any different than any of the other times OU has put 50+ on Texas over the past decade or so?

Briles isn't really that popular with the UT people. Then again we will probably be getting a new AD as well so everything known will change. The ones mentioned the most are Saban (10+ million per offer), Strong (most realistic), and Shaw (will be a tough pull even with bump in pay). I would say Gary Patterson would be 4th on that list today.
