I'd like to know how 6.8% of [expletive] writers didn't vote for him for HOF.

 

He is #1 all time on BR's hall of fame monitor. In order Cobb, Ruth, Aaron, and Mays round out the top 5 amongst hitters on that list fwiw.

First, for as much douchebaggery as I deal with down here with regard to the Cards, Musial probably is the most underrated great player in the history of MLB.

 

Second, I had no idea Earl Weaver was in the lollipop guild. Holy [expletive] he was short!
