I can see why Jets fans were upset with the QB pick. Who would want Juan Pierre to be their QB?

There aren't 6 running backs better than Johnathan Franklin in this draft.

Maybe we just drop the developmental QB idea. I guess it'd be tough to get mad at Barkley or Nassib in the 4th, but outside of those 2, I'd rather just use our 3 remaining picks on a CB, WR, and C. Outside of those positions, Alex Okafor, Khaseem Greene, Dion Sims, David Bakhtiari, Jordan Mills, and Akeem Spence would all be OK with me as value picks. My personal top 5 for the Bears in the 4th are Ryan Swope, Jordan Poyer, Barrett Jones, Brian Schwenke and Quinton Patton.

Barkley to Philly... Wow.

 

Just doesn't seem like a good fit for Chip Kelly's offense. He's about the worst athlete amongst this year's QB crop.

Yeah, I like him.

 

I kind of feel like you have to throw the results from Arkansas last year out. He looked great his junior year and I think he can bounce back.

I like Tyler Wilson.

 

You have to remember that he was injured part of the year last year and had John L. Smith coaching the team. You can't really evaluate last year fairly.

Maybe Kelly is planning more of a Mike Leach or Belichick spread system? Barkley can be a fit, but I'd be a bit worried if I were an Eagle fan.

 

And I think an argument can be made that Bray is a worse athlete.
