Call me a pessimist but I didn't think Allen was considering going out to run off time. Just thought he was being a dick.

Thank goodness for the bye week but I don't know if Alshon will be ready for week 7.

Did they announce his injury?

No. Just worried because of how big the wrap is.

He's currently "out" for the rest of the game with a "hand" injury.

38 points in a half...have we ever seen the bears do that?

Yeah, in 2006 we scored 41 points in the 1st half against SF.

And in that game, the Bears were shut out in the 2nd half.

All I'm saying is the Bears have the best point differential in football.

Houston will probably pass them tomorrow. (not trying to sound negative, though. it's been really fun)

Giants are the only team that has scored more points this year. Houston and SF are the only teams that have allowed less. Houston gives up 16 tomorrow and Bears are #2 in both.

I know, but it's nice to know they are a pretty good team so far. Hope they keep it up.

The Bears starting defense has allowed 50 points (taking out the 7 points for the Orton drive in Dallas where most of the starters were out). They have scored 35 points.

If you take away all the Bears offensive TDs and only leave defensive scores and FGs, the Bears would have still won the last 3 games.

#Bears with 501 yards total offense. First time they have topped 500 since Sept. 24, 1989 with 542 in win over Lions at Silverdome.

Didn't seem like they had that many yards, but a big chunk did come late from Armando Allen and a 92 yard TD drive before that.
