Guy decides to put Erica will you marry me on the screen in the middle of the 5th, but let her take a beer run while it showed up according to Len & Bob. He eventually asked her after the 5th.

It looked like Sveum was going to murder Beliveau right there on the pitching mound.

Bet he's on his way back to Iowa within 24 hours. Up by 11 in the 6th. Throw it over the freaking plate!

Pirates announcers saying Soto hugging/handshaking in dugout?

Yup. Well, if tonight is blow up the team night, may as well cap it by blowing out the Pirates.

Len and Bob are having fun tonight. They were talking about Geo getting the same treatment from his teammates as Reed did. As the inning ends, Len says "I love ya partner, but don't hug me. I'm getting nervous."

Bob's reply, "You ain't going no where."

Now, I may be having an Andy Pettit moment and be "misremembering", but I remember a game in 80s. The Cubs had brought up a minor league pitcher and they brought him in for his MLB debut with the bases loaded. He promptly balked 3 times and was pulled. I never saw him again.

No, I don't remeber his name and I will concede it was almost 30 years ago and I was a punk teenager at the time. But I'm standing by it. Besides, it's too good of a story to abandon just because it might not be true. :)

If we don't get the Sox top couple pitching prospects we'd be robbed
