Agreed. I was excited to watch this all day, and I was already flipping on the PS3 in the bottom of the 1st. I do that for all All-Star games except the Pro Bowl, which I'm never excited for.

Posey and Furcal are the only starters that are still in the game. Furcal has had 3 AB and is due to lead off next inning so you gotta think Castro takes that AB but you never know with LaRussa. He might try to fit Lance Lynn at SS.

So if the NL goes 1-2-3 the rest of the game, Castro is still guarnateed an AB if he hits 9th.

 

Not sure why the worst NL Starter should go 7 innings but its LaRussa

 

 

Castro, LaHair and Michael Bourn are the only 3 position players to not appear for the NL yet. Strangely enough, SS, 1B and 2B are the only 3 positions with 1 backup on the team.
