Samardzija was bad today. If we're going to give him credit when he has good peripherals but hits just happen to fall, we should acknolwedge that he wasn't good today. He got hit hard, a lot. The Mets had a ton of line drives right at fielders.

Fangraphs credits the Mets with five line drives for a 23% LD rate. I guess not completely crushing, but it wasn't a good outing.
