I didn't see the play, but I'm just going to assume it was like every other LHP pickoff move ever and should've been called a balk.

I've seen people talk about Barney's lack of speed but don't recall noticing it much before that run scoring hit. Not only was he much less further along than I assumed when the camera cut back to him but he looked like he was dragging at the tail end of a 5K.
