Jokisch went to NW, right?

What's he rated in the system approx? Top 25?

To me, there's just a bunch of these guys througout the entire system that project to be back end starters, spot starters, or long relievers and it's tough to sort them out as far as the rankings go.

To name a few, Rusin, Raley, Beeler, Struck, Jokisch, Loosen, and Kirk may all be very different pitchers, but they seem like any one of them could very well fill the type of role that Randy Wells or Casey Coleman have the past few years in the next 2-4. Even Rhee hasn't done much to distance himself from the pack.

This being said, while I don't follow other team's fringe prospects, I'll assume that everyone has a handfull of these guys scattered throughout their system.

Yeah, he went to Northwestern.

I'd say he's top 40 or 50 but not necessarily top 25. He's got a better profile than, say, Austin Kirk or Brooks Raley (better 2nd and 3rd offerings than those two) but that doesn't mean too much.

Do we know if Javier Baez has been moved to Peoria yet? Havent seen AZ Phil or anyone on TCR say a word about it.

No, it was just Phil Rogers saying a move was close.

RHP Felix Pena and OF Yasiel Balaguert are up at Peoria from Extended Spring Training.

RHP Robert Whitenack has officially been placed on Daytona's roster. LHP Jeff Lorick and C Taylor Davis have been promoted from Peoria to Daytona while C Sergio Burruel was promoted from Extended to Daytona.

RHP Ty'Relle Harris has been promoted from Daytona to Tennessee. RHP Casey Weathers was placed on Tennessee's DL.

Nice season debut for Peralta: 4 IP, 5 H, 1 ER, 1 BB, 2 K, 65-42 pitches-strikes.

Brett Jackson 0/2, SF, BB, K

He walked against a lefty in his last AB, which made me notice that his OPS against lefties this year is like 1.200. :-k
