I can't stand it when players get touch fouls when the opponent is going up for a layup or a dunk. If you can't prevent him from getting the layup (either by blocking the shot/stealing the ball cleanly or fouling), you just let him go.

No, but the best over anybody anywhere near the caliber of Kentucky. They scored 54 in the first half against Iowa, 52 against Howard, and 51 against Evansville.
