Only an idiot would do that.

 

If we draft anything besides defense in April, there needs to be an investigation. Also, never rest the starters again. I think that about sums it up.

 

Rodgers, Clay and CW were the only starters who rested. Them resting had nothing to do with the outcome of this game.

Where does Eli Manning rank in comparision to his fellow QBs?

 

for a former #1 overall pick who plays in a huge market i think he's weirdly underrated. i don't put him with brees, brady, rodgers but i'd say he is right there with the next group (rivers, romo?, stafford?, vick). i guess i'd go #5 right now - brees/brady/rodgers in whatever order, then rivers, then e. manning.

Packers played horribly today. I was a lot more angry than I thought I would be if they lost, but in retrospect, it's the first time they've lost by more than 7 since November 2009. The team is, and has been, one of the best in the game for a long period of time. They will be fine next year.

 

This loss reminds me of the 2008 Cubs way too much, and that really sucks. Too bad the 07 Cubs didn't win the WS...

i have no idea what to do with manning because he's old and injured. plus he's just not going to put up vintage peyton manning numbers any more because his team is awful now.
