Bengals sold out a home game, and I can watch them on TV! Everyone hop on the Bengals bandwagon and give the NFL equivalent to the Cubs some love.

It sure seems like there's a contradiction in here somewhere and it doesn't make sense, but here are the playoff scenarios according to the internet.

 

Bengals win WC with a win, or loss with Jets loss AND Raiders loss, or Jets loss AND Broncos loss.

Broncos win AFC West with win or Raiders loss. No WC possibility.

Raiders win AFC West with win and Broncos loss. Win WC with win and Bengals loss AND Titans loss, or Bengals loss AND Jets win.

Jets win WC with win and Bengals loss AND Titans loss AND Raiders loss, or Bengals loss AND Titans loss AND Broncos loss.

Titans win WC with win and Bengals loss AND Jets win AND Raiders loss, or Bengals loss AND Jets win AND Broncos loss, or Bengals loss AND Jets loss AND Broncos win.

Winner of Cowboys @ Giants wins NFC East.

ETA: It looks contradictory because of all the Broncos losses needed to clinch spots, but that's only a safeguard to take Oakland out of the picture. (If Denver loses Oakland can't win the wild card. They're either out or the West champ)

Rooting for a Bengals loss and a Titans loss (because the latter makes the Jets game irrelevant in terms of the Raiders) in the opening games.

 

I hope the wild card in general is irrelevant for the Raiders because I'd love nothing more than the Raiders winning and Kyle Orton knocking the Broncos out of the playoffs. I don't even care if it means we'd get the Ravens/Steelers instead of the Texans.
