Go Jets, Patriots and Bears.

A two-game lead going into the Chicago-Miami-Green Bay-Detroit stretch would be very nice.

Yeah to me the only interesting games are Cincy at Baltimore, Jets at Denver, and San Diego at Chicago (of course I'm biased, but I'd think it seems somewhat interesting to an NFL fan)

Will somewhere like Buffalo Wild Wings get the Bears game in the St. Louis area even though it's blacked out from other 3:00 games?

Yes, and on that note my baseball team is having a football watching party at Time Out at Gravois and Chippewa. $5 to help drink a keg of beer and some free food (pasta and hot dogs).

why on earth would the bears game be blacked out in st. louis?

I saw that on the506, its just a grey hole in the broadcast map. hell, even I get the Bears game this week. weird.

Because the Rams have a game at 3:15 and they don't show another NFL game at the same time. Same thing happens in Chicago. It will be on Sunday ticket though.

I wish I was good enough to play professional ball, even if that meant for the cardinals.

I was reading an article from 2009 about the old Browns that turned into the Super Bowl Ravens, and I didn't realize the insane amount of coaching talent that Bill Belichick had assembled on his Browns staff:

At various levels in his organization Belichick was nurturing future head coaches Nick Saban (Alabama), Kirk Ferentz (Iowa), Al Groh (Virginia), Pat Hill (Fresno State), Eric Mangini (New York Jets) and Jim Schwartz (Detroit Lions); and future NFL executives Newsome (Baltimore), Scott Pioli (Kansas City), Phil Savage (formerly Browns GM), George Kokinis, and Mike Tannenbaum (Jets).

I knew most of them had been affiliated with the Belichick in the past but didn't realize they were all together at the same time.

Who else is excited for Tyler Palko in prime time on back to back weeks?

Yep, it only happens when they have a home game fortunately. One of the downsides to living in/near an NFL city is that I regularly only get 2 games in a week if the doubleheader is on the wrong channel that week.

Yeah, you get blacked out of other games depending on your home market, but the bars with Sunday Ticket won't.

This Quarterback play on both sides makes me want to poke out my eyes with a fork.

It's amazing how good Sanchez looks when Tebow is the other quarterback on the field.
