you could see that coming. Hawks dominated the first few minutes and then Phoenix just destroyed us from then on.

 

Overall, I think the series is evenly matched but Phoenix is slightly better.

BTW, this is the 7th time in the last 9 games that the Hawks have taken a game to OT. I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing.

Meh, Hawks showed fight at least in coming back. I wouldnt say the way the game was played was horrible, but the outcome certainly was.

It doesn't even get to the point of Hammer making a boneheaded play if play is correctly stopped for 6 men on the ice. It was blatant. I'm still enraged over that [expletive]. You can't miss that in a freakin playoff game.

The too many men non call sucked, but it never gets to that point if the Hawks can actually clear the puck the 6 times they had a chance to previously. Win tomorrow we have home ice. Hawks in 6.

Hammer was really bad. And Oduya was even worse, as I complained as nauseum during the game. Get average performances from them and we win.

 

Also didn't get much from Sharp and Hossa last night.

 

One other note. Bollig was far too timid. I know he was probably really nervous and concerned about taking penalties, but if he's going to get icetime, he needs to play a little closer to the "edge." otherwise they might as well start Frolik.
