Ive been offered Andre Johnson for Chris Johnson straight up. Would give me Calvin Johnson, Vincent Jackson, Andre Johnson, and Dez Bryant at WR's and I could start all 4 each week. Id have Gore, Beanie, Addai, Starks, Bush, and Helu at RB and I'd start 2 each week. Would you make this trade?

Andre Johnson is arguably the best receiver out there, so I'd probably do it. However, I don't think Chris Johnson is done. The loss of a running threat at QB and the loss of Kenny Britt at WR does probably hurt him. But he's still young and fast. He did miss camp and has a new QB.

the loss of Britt should help big-time, how could it not?

they were forcing the ball to Britt due to his dominance, not they've lost that option and have to go back to feeding Johnson 25 times per week again

i'm buying on him

So far between rushing and receiving he's only averaging 3 less touches a game than last year. And the fact that Ringer has done absolutely nothing in his limited carries either makes me wonder if the Titans offensive line could be the issue.

Nate Washington has done a good job so far, and Hasselbeck seems to be experiencing a resurgence with the change in scenery. I don't think Britt ends the passing game in Tennessee, I think it will just make the 300-yd games a little harder to come by for Hasselbeck.

Regardless of the situation, barring injury, Chris Johnson would have to get a LOT better just to come close to the production that you're almost guaranteed to get from Andre Johnson. The odds of CJ ending up with so much better of a year than Andre Johnson that you completely regret the trade are so slim that it really makes no sense. Your RB situation wouldn't be close to ideal, but your WRs would be so huge it wouldn't matter.

Thats basically how I'm looking at it. I made the trade, and now it gives me Stafford, probably a top 5 fantasy QB if he stays healthy. Calvin Johnson, Andre Johnson, and Vincent Jackson are 3 of the top 5 WR's from week to week, and I have Dez who if he can stay healthy should be a top 10 WR. Also have Jimmy Graham at TE who is going to be a top 5 if not top 3 TE this year. With all that on my team, I basically just need Beanie Wells, Frank Gore, Starks, or Addai to just give me decent production and I think I'll be in contention for a title. Also already been getting some offers for Dez who I could possibly turn into another quality RB.

Was offered Jahvid Best for Dez but turned it down hoping I can do a little better later on if Dez has a couple good weeks.

Best is already a top-10 fantasy RB right now, who exactly are you holding out for?

Yea I guess you are right. He's the 8th best RB so far in my leagues scoring. I don't know who exactly I'm holding out for. but having 3 players from the same team in my starting lineup each week worries me.
