I'm waiting for the media to criticize the lack of running plays. But if you get 1 yard per carry, and you're always down, it's tough to run the ball.

Agreed. The Bears are averaging 0.2 yards per carry and have been losing all game. Of course the pass/run balance is going to skewed in the direction of the pass. But FOX continues to toss that graphic up like it's some sort of big deal.

Now the criticism should be that Martz calls some really [expletive] plays. Because he does. And he doesn't take into account the Bears' WRs rarely can get open and the offensive line can't hold up for too long.

I'm not defending Martz, but it's pretty hard to account for that.

Screens, quick hitters, bootlegs to get Cutler on the move away from the pressure. He adjusted against Dallas last year.

I'm officially rooting for the Packers with Rodgers/Jennings on my fantasy team....the Bears are stupid.

Why even spread 5 wide with the garbage WRs we have? None of them can catch.

I have Rodgers and Finley on my fantasy team. And I feel dirty.

I know, but it's not always going to work like that.

I'm not even really disagreeing with you. I just look at the gaping hole that is our offensive roster, and I doubt there's really much potential to be consistently productive.
