Chiefs look awful. Missing Weiss so much. And Matt Cassell is terrible as usual.

Looks like their turnover luck from last year is regressing to the mean hard. It'd probably be something like 10-3 if they'd stop handing the ball to Buffalo near their own red zone.

Where's Berry?

He got hurt on the first drive. I didn't hear when they were mentioning him before the end of the half, but I think it's his leg, and he's good enough to be standing on the sidelines. I dunno, maybe he got his bell rung or something.

EDIT: Apparently his left knee is pretty heavily wrapped.

Wow, Colts truly are isht without Peyton. He probably deserves twice as many MVP's as he actually has.

Yeah, pretty much what Colts fans have been saying for years. It was generally chalked up to pro-Manning homerism. It wasn't.

Great. There were like 3-4 plays where I got all excited thinking Berry was going to come in and drop the boom and nothing happened.

come on, he had a great supporting cast in the Dungy days; this year and last, not so much

i'll never be able to come to terms with people actually advocating him for MVP last year

Throws the best screen pass and "heave it in Bowe's general area" in the league!

I understand that you're losing, but you're not down 30 points and it's the third quarter. You can still hand the ball to Charles, since he's, you know, your best player. But yeah, keep throwing dumpoffs to leonard pope since losing in the second half = GOTTA PASS ALL DAY.

Gotta keep him fresh for when he's 32 years old and playing on another team.

First, I never said Manning didn't/doesn't have some good supporting players, because he obviously has (and Marvin Harrison was great).

However, last year the Colts went 10-6 and, if the present kickoff rules were in place at that time, almost certainly would have won a playoff game. Since that playoff loss, they have added Dallas Clark, Austin Collie, Antonio Johnson, Melvin Bullitt, their draft picks, and a couple veteran free agents. They subtracted one (non-scrub) player. The math here isn't very difficult.

May easily be a week one over reaction but is the NFC North the best division in football?

The Vikings haven't started in San Diego yet...

There is one game within 1 score, and 4 games with teams up 3+ scores. And the 1 score game is Browns/Bengals, ugh.
