Pretty much the "ideal" lineup for what the 2011 Cubs were supposed to be.

 

It's really not a bad lineup. Frustrating that they've been so bad.

 

Although the pitching has been much worse than the offense. First team in baseball to allow 500 runs this year. Hooray.

It is so fun watching $14-16 million per year pitchers not get people out. 45 pitches already for Zambrano. My gosh this team needs to be put out of its misery.

Is there a more unproductive hitter in baseball than Marlon Byrd? At least from the standpoint that his team thinks he is a middle of the order type of hitter.

For the payroll dollars spent, the Cubs are the worst team in MLB. They may be one of the worst teams in the past 30 years, again from the perspective of dollars spent.

We're only 6 ahead of the Astros in run differential atm. Been closing that gap. 10 baserunners for Z in the first 4 innings, lucky they're not closer than that.
