Looking at the schedules, we play Houston and Pittsburgh while the Cardinals have some tough games. I could see the Cubs being about 3 or 4 games out going into the Cardinals series next weekend, giving us some false hope. However once the Cardinals series starts our schedule is kind of a bitch.

Yeah the entire month of June looks ridiculously hard. Although within another week or so we should have all of Wells, Garza, and Soto back. Unfortunately I don't have much confidence that they'll find someone who won't be terrible in the 5th rotation spot until Cashner comes back, which hopefully won't be any later than the ASB.

 

I think this is at least an 85-win team with a healthy rotation.
