When Castro first came up, I remember him beating out a few infield hits. Why does he seem like he isn't getting down the line very quickly this season? When I saw that ball bounce way up in the air, I thought he had a chance to beat it out, but it wasn't very close.

What a garbage call. Gameday has that 8 in off the plate.

Exact same pitch was called ball 4 for Mateo in the previous inning.
