Great signing by Kenny Williams. Low risk/medium reward. Signing/trading for guys who used to be top prospects is a pretty good idea.

 

Remember, this is the guy the Mets wouldn't give up in a proposed Barry Zito trade in 2006 when they were probably the best team in the NL. Maybe having Zito gets them past the [expletive] Cardinals in the playoffs.

I actually saw Harvey in Tulsa either last summer or the one before, can't remember when he was there. But he hit a mammoth home run. I mean it had to be at least 470 feet. It probably killed a kid on the swingset or whatever. I just sat there and shook my head, cause I could picture Hendry seeing him do that in high school and pissing down his pant leg in excitement.
