I think it's on the defense because I don't see the offense winning a shootout. They've scored 27 only twice. Philly has done so 6 times. Philly's defense has given up some points in shootouts, but they are a top ten defense for yardage, tough against the pass and run. I can't see this Bears offense scoring 28 points against them.

i LOVE when the bears pull 3 lineman on their sweeps. forte's 90 yard run or whatever it was in preseason came off that exact play.
