Hawks are being way too [expletive] cute out there. Hossa is on a 2 on 2 breakaway, has an open look at the net and instead tries to make an impossible pass through both Wings to a Hawk that wasn't even really in much better position, its turned over and the Wings have their own odd man rush.

Hawks "clear attempt" weakly goes right to a wing defensemen centered with a clear path to the goal.

10 seconds left, the Red Wings retreating, the defender tries to throw a long pass to who knows where and it goes right to the stick of a wing who quickly gets back in the zone and puts up yet another easy SOG
