It's very difficult to stop a QB sneak from getting a foot. Once you hand it off on first down and lose another foot you're behind the 8 ball (sorta).

Exactly. Its the first game of the season, a divisional opponent, a home game, etc etc etc. Who cares how you get the win, just get it and hope it was just a really bad game.
