Ive got tickets for the game Friday and looks like the weather may be kind of questionable. IF that game were to get rained out, would they probably play a DH on Sat, or just postpone it until a mutual off day? Im sure they will try to do everything they can to get the game in Friday, but I was just curious. Also, if they have a DH on Sat they can't do a day/night DH since its on a Sat right? So would my tickets be good for both games on Sat?

No, your tickets wouldn't be good for both games. Only the game that is technically the 'make up' for the previous one. And I'm sure they're going to do absolutely everything to get it in considering the Dbacks only come to town once. Also, it seems like wrigley doesnt like to do their DH's the day after the rainout if they can avoid it (logistical nightmare) so if there's a series when they're in Milwaukee or somewhere close and there's a mutual off day they'll try their damndest to do it then, I'd assume.

Your ticket is good for both games if it's not a day/night DH(which is what he asked)

His Friday tickets would not be good for a taditional doubleheader on Saturday. Saturday tickets would be good for both games.

That was an amazing night. The way Berkman reacted at one point was hilarious. They even resumed the game.

I can think of a lot of adjectives to describe that night. Amazing? Yeah, that's not one of them. Also, let's see if you can spot roast in this video:

Another question, looks like the are calling for south/south west winds at almost 25 mph, is that blowing in or out at Wrigley?

Straight out. And I'm going Sunday, and that looks like the day we get [expletive] on :(

Straight out at 25 mph that could be interesting. Looks like today could be even windier than that

–verb (used with object)

1.

to overwhelm with surprise or sudden wonder; astonish greatly.

I'm going to stick with amazing. Thanks though.

it was the oddest thing today, whenever the Cubs came up to bat, the wind somehow, like God himself came and made the wind blow in hard. Sure enough when the Dbacks came up the wind magically switched back and they were hitting bombs. The cubs only had warning track power
