Can you imagine a coach that would call for isolating Rose less than VDN? He always brings Noah to set a screen. It's insanity--there isn't anyone one the planet who can stay in front of Rose 1-on-1 consistently but Vinny always wants to bring a 2nd defender to him.

Maybe the defenders switch and Noah gets the guard on him so you can dump the ball to him in the post.

That would be a horrible reason to do this.

NOT CONTINUATION?

You would rather have a 7 footer on Noah? All I'm saying is that if you are going to bring Noah out, try to get the mismatch.

Both of those are the right call. Rose got completely stopped by the foul, then started again and took two steps and shot. Deng got fouled well after the clock expired.

I will preface this by saying I want the Bulls to win.

With that said, I would not be disappointed in they lose tonight, simply because I do not want to LBJ and Cleveland to eliminate the Bulls in Chicago and LBJ doing his stupid ass dance.

I thought the no-continuation call was right, but I wish they'd have called it that way from the start.

What are you watching on the Rose call? They just showed the replay again, you want to retract?

I saw the play. The whistle was late. At worst they got the spirit of the rule right.

To say nothing of the 3 "fouls" called on Miller and Noah.

In which case, it was the first time in the history of the NBA the spirit of the rule was called.

To say nothing of the crap they're calling against anyone who guards Shaq.

Didn't see them, I just got back to the TV a few possessions before that sequence.

The bulls really do need to play a near perfect game to beat the Cavs. The Cavs shouldn't need all of the help in the world from the refs

Only a Cavs fan would think that was a good call.
