Marmol was absolutely marvelous today. Get a win tomorrow and the last 4 games won't look so bad.

The best strategy against Marmol is to just not swing. You can't hit any of his pitches if he is on. They all move wayyyy too much.

 

baseball prospectus said that marmol couldn't throw a ball straight if he tried, which is pretty true.

I'd just send hitters up and take the chance that he can't throw three strikes in 7 pitches.

 

A win tomorrow would make for a .500 road trip. That be nice.

So you are on the internet obviously, and instead of just looking at the MLB scoreboard, or ESPN, Yahoo, CBSSPorts, or any of the other sources of information, you instead ask whats new with the Cubs here? Makes sense....ok no it doesnt, but whatever.
