Maybe it could also be some sort of Cubs museum/HOF/shop complex that's open year-round.

 

A Cubs HOF has been specified by TPTB since the first mentions of a "triangle building" back in 2001.

They can't need more than 10' x 10' room to house a Cubs HOF.

Lulz. At that point, you're a block from the Sheridan stop. Unless you mean Addison and Sheffield, in which case, still no.
