After the Cubs sale dragged on forever, I'm curious to see how this one will go down.

Quicker, one would think, given that the Astros are owned by an individual (rather than a big corporation as the Cubs were) and the Astros aren't part of any bankruptcy at the moment. It only took... what, a few months? to sell the Rangers, and that was with their owner dealing with financial issues.
