A Giants loss puts Green Bay in great shape for the playoffs. The Steelers game will be tough even though they aren't playing well at all lately but a playoff team should be able to beat Seattle and a Cardinals team who probably won't have anything to play for and who may not want to show any of there hand as they may play each other in the first round of the playoffs.

Arizona could very well need to win to have a better seed.

That's true but I don't see the Vikings losing to the Panthers or Bears though.

There's still the matter of 3rd and 4th seeds. If Arizona's preference in who they would rather play is Minnesota they may need to win in the last week to ensure they get the No. 3 seed over the East division winner and thus in the second round get Minnesota instead of N.O.

In other words, just beat the Steelers next week and we won't have to worry about the Week 17 game.

This has been a great day for us so far with Dallas and ATL losing. It'd be a near-perfect day if the Eagles beat the Giants tonight.

Even if New York wins tonight, NY, Dal, and Phi will all be 1 game behind GB. All four teams will have 3 conference losses. Pretty much all three teams would have to at least catch GB and most likely two of them would have to pass GB with the other one tying them to knock the Packers out. Even still the Packers hold the tiebreaker over Dal. Don't forget that Dal and Phi play once more. Also, Dal plays New Orleans and NY plays Minnesota.

In short, the Packers are in a very good position even if they lose next week to Pittsburgh.

EDIT: Something to keep in mind. If there is a 3-way tie in the East, the Packers are in as long as the Giants or Eagles win the division. Also, if the Giants win tonight, the only way that all three teams could pass the Packers is if the Packers lose their three remaining games since the Eagles play the Cowboys.

u suck bengals

The day would have been perfect, but I won't complain.

Still, it's as close enough to being perfect as it gets.

As long as we beat Seattle in two weeks, we're in. Have to be happy about that.

if the saints beat the cowboys next week, we'll win the division if we win our home games with the 49ers and broncos. we're definitely in the driver's seat now.

still, our defense seems too banged up (linebackers are awful) to beat the saints or vikings in the playoffs.
