It's no doubt interleague has made the scheduled more unbalanced, but to what degree is impossible to predict at the beginning of the season. In any case, the excitement of interleague games is worth it.

I agree 100%. They also get to play the Padres 18 times this year and we have to play 36 games against the Reds and Pirates. How can we ever compete when Bud Selig is setting us up to fail???????????

I do wish interleague would go away though. I don't think it helps us at all, but in dealing with St. Louis. The Cardinals get 6 with KC every year. We get 6 with the White Sox. That's usually a 2 game advantage to them every year.

They need to get rid of the six game rivalry matchups. I don't think it would be as bad if those were limited to three games a season.

How about fixing the fact that we always play more games in St. Louis than the Cardinals do here? That's another little tweak that needs to happen.

Blame interleague? He fails to mention that while the Cubs were steamrolling Cleveland, Colorado was facing the Rays and Angels. I especially love how he equivocated at the end. It's like he realized how stupid the whole argument sounds but said "screw it, I got a deadline" and submitted it anyway.

On the good side, at least he's not Mark Whicker.

if I excluded your face, you would have nothing but a faceless body

If the Colts exclude Bob Sanders from the lineup (like they so often do) they have a really crappy defense.
