I can only assume you're following fat tub of goo Bernie's line of thinking that Duncan needed to be traded in order to get him out of the lineup, in which case you apparently believe if the Cardinals acquired Holliday that LaRussa woulda benched Ludwick??

I didn't say they had to. I said that the word was that trading Duncan for Lugo was the first in a series of moves. You went on a know-it-all spree and don't seem to understand how ridiculously loyal LaRussa is to some players. Duncan and Ankiel both platooned with Ludwick this year. As it is, I guarantee that Ankiel will get plenty of AB's in CF and platooning with Ludwick, even though he's more worthless than Duncan. I get what you're saying about trading Duncan, because that's common sense. But you really don't know how TLR operates.
