Yup, Clayton Richard and the White Sox will be traveling to Wrigley North to take on Jeff Suppan the 1st place Brewers. Of course we dont want the Sox heating up as we have to deal with them next week.

And Mark Derosa and Kerry Wood have a chance to help the Cubs out as they could have been all season when they and the Indians take on The Cardinals behind Joel Piniero.

Right now, the White Sox are up on the Brewers 2-0 bottom 4 and the Indians are beating St. Lou 4-1 in the botto of the 7th. all the same, Im sick of scoreboard watching, and if the Cobs cant take care of their own, someone else deserves the chance to lose to the Dodgers.

Brewers come back in the 6th, now lead 3-2.

It's a sad day when I can't enjoy Hawk's depressed silence punctuated by bursts of old man profanity in the booth.

Cards lose 7-3, Brewers win 7-2, thank you Indians, screw you White Sox.

Mets lose when Luis Castillo drops what would have been the game-ending routine pop-up and the runners run the play out and score from 1st and 2nd, a fine reminder that it could always be worse and for pity's sake, someone make sure Aaron Miles doesn't see the replay so he don't get no ideas.

2 outs in the bottom of the 9th. Mets up 1 run. Yankees had runner at 1st and 3rd. Easy popup in shallow right field. 2nd baseman Castillo goes back to make the easy catch but clanks it. Tex was the runner on 1st and he came all the way around to score the winning run.

Memorable, but not as epic as losing a game when two runs score on a sac fly.

Counts as a blown save for K-Rod too. \:D/

Bored? Go read the thread titles on the Mets.com website right now.

I hope he dies in a car accident

You never want to wish someone dead but it would save them about 15 million dollars and land us Hudson next year.

Ahh, the 2006 Chicago Cubs. Makes this team look like the '27 Yankees.

And it was an ARod pop-up on a 3-1 count, no less.

I actually feel bad for guys when that kind of thing happens, though Castillo does have his millions of dollars to console himself with.

Yea, if you ever find yourself feeling bad for Luis Castillo, just think back 6 years or so...

I was pissed though because ARod becomes a hero when he doesn't deserve it.
