So yesterday must have just been a fluke. Thats enough of this garbage for the evening.

 

What does yesterday's result have to do with today's? Did you expect us to score 10 runs off Dan Haren?

Reynolds walked

Byrnes struck out swinging , Reynolds stole second base

Upton grounded an IF single to third base , Reynolds holding second

Roberts flied out to right field , runners holding

Snyder walked , Reynolds to third, Upton to second

With so many offensive weapons out with injuries, we absolutely HAVE to get good starting pitching, otherwise theres just no chance of winning unless your offense happens to explode like yesterday.

 

The injuries are really hurting us right now offensively and defensively. We really need to get these guys back before we get too far behind. I'm still pretty confident this bunch is going to win over 90 games and make the playoffs, but that is assuming that we actuallly have our star players not getting random injuries all year.
