There's the sophomore slump and then there's Geo to this point in the 2009 season. A sophomore slumping Soto would be great right about now. Edited by Sammy Sofa

Last time the CUBS allowed 4 SB in a game.... Sun 05 Aug 07 in a 8-3 loss to NY Mets at Wrigley

Go CUBS !!

Bad night to be Geovany Soto. Can't get a hit to save his life, can't throw out any baserunners, and his pitchers have given up 5 runs.

The desert does terrible things to good players (and not enough terrible things to the bad ones).

Just think, if we have Ramirez in the game, assuming he would have been in a better position to catch that Haren chopper, it would still be a tied game and we could hope for the chance of Haren getting out of the game due to a PH

Ugh this team resembles the 2005 team right now. Tons of crappy relievers that are forced into action, defensive lapses constantly, and a hit or miss offense.

David Patton might as well be Cliff Bartosh right now.
